The Ingromat™ process
The patented Ingromat™ micro-moistening systems allows effective removal of even very small particles.
The cleaning process can be subdivided into three stages:
The cleaning process can be subdivided into three stages:
1. Micro-moistening of filament tips
The Ingromat™ sprayer delivers a thin film of Ingromat fluid (anti-static cleaning agent) to the tips of the linear brush filaments.2. Cleaning of product surface
The linear brush wipes at a right angle to the transport direction. It binds the particles to its micro-moistened filaments and transports them towards the suction at the edges of the product surface. Three factors ensure that the particles are removed effectively from the surface:- mechanical effect of the linear brush
- capillary attraction between the micro-moistened filament and the particle
- reduction of electrostatic charges due to the Ingromat™ fluid
