Cevomat Cleaner for plate rolling mills

The Cevomat Cleaner CVO 460 has been designed to suit the rough environment in plat rolling mills. A solid welded frame protects the flexible Sword Brush, type BIF 46, if the passing steel strip is bent or wavy. The new height adjustment VE 40 with reinforced guide posts allows frequent and precise pneumatic movements of the Sword Brush even with large working widths. The linear brushes are mounted on flexible pressure buffers and thus ensure a reliable, perfect cleaning result even if the steel strip is wavy.
