Sword Brush with pressure buffer

The cleaning of cellulose dust deposits from rotating embossing rollers constitutes a special application where we suggest our Sword Brush, type BIP 46. The linear brushes are mounted on flexible pressure buffers. This will allow a constant wiping force on the embossing roller so that deposits are effectively removed. Due to limited space, the Sword Brush, type BIP 47 with its motor situated above the cleaning module, is ideal for this type of application.
