The Sword Brush™
is a cost-effective and flexible solution for the single-sided cleaning of flat and vaulted surfaces. Due to its narrow design, it may easily be integrated into existing transport systems.
Space-saving complete systems with height adjustment (= adaptation to material's thickness) may effectively clean bigger boards from above and from below. The material contact area of the linear brush may be arranged on a pressure buffer that is situated next to the linear brush guide. This will enable the Sword Brush to adapt to wavy contours. A constant wiping force onto the surface can thus be maintained. The height adjustment will secure one or two Sword Brushes in a parallel position.
A separate Ingromat(tm) regulator and filter unit facilitates dosage and indication of the Ingromat(tm) fluid. It also regulates the pressure buffer. Sword Brushes are available in different working widths.
