Tornado and Power Nozzles are more effective...
thank simply cleaning with a compressed air blow! Contamination such as dust, swarf or even liquids are loosened by a powerful air-jet. The nozzles function exclusively with compressed air and are very reliable. In some cases they may also be used in explosion risk areas.
The Tornado Channel may be used as a complete solution for the cleaning of profiled surfaces such as after milling or drilling processes. At the edges of the u-shaped machine body compressed-air assisted nozzles produce a powerful cross-flow towards the suction system. In the centre, there are either Power Nozzles or rotating Tornado Nozzles that blow vertically or at a slightly slant angle onto the surface. The particles rise and are transported towards the suction via the integrated vacuum channel.
Clean Room version
All Tornado Nozzles are available in a Clean Room version. If pressure is set a 6 bar, they are suitable for an integration into Clean Rooms, class 100
(according to US Federal Standard 209E).
