The Ingromat™ Cleaner CF ...
is a complete solution for the micro-cleaning of flat surfaces. This machine functions with the Ingromat system. The machine frame is made out of aluminium and steel. The control cabinet is integrated in this frame. The machine disposes of driven transport rollers and additional pressure rollers at the infeed and at the outfeed. These rollers ensure a safe transport of the material through the machine during the cleaning process.
The linear brushes always clean the material from above and from below. They always wipe at a right angle in relation to transport direction. Wiping direction is either from edge to edge or from the middle of the material to the edges. An electrical height adjustment allows the system to adapt to different material thicknesses. The Ingromat™ fluid consumption (antistatic cleaning agent) is monitored by suspended particle flow meters.
The Cleaner is available in different working widths and working heights. Due to its small footprint and its adaptability to different transport speeds, the Cleaner may be integrated easily into existing production lines..
